"Other" keeps showing up in my metrics charts

Fireside relies on the work of the Open Podcast Analytics Working Group which creates user agent parsing rules to help podcast hosts identify all the podcast clients. If a download comes from new client or if a client fails to identify itself properly it can lead to this issue of being lumped together as "Other". OPAWG puts out monthly updates which we monitor closely and implement accordingly.
